1.0 All sales are final 

2.0 As our flowers are perishable and delicate items, we will only offer in store credit or exchanges under the following circumstances.

3.0 All issues concerning damages and quality effects and defects must be brought to our attention within 12 hours of delivery.

4.0 We will happily replace any damages items caused by shipping 

5.0 Exchanges and in store credits will only be accepted on a “quality” basis only, issues of taste and not liking the product are not grounds for this.

6.0 If required a specific product or preference the client must contact us.

7.0 As flowers vary depending on the season they might not always be available Le Flower Shop reserves the right to substitute flowers with a similar look and feel. We will try our very best to make the arrangements as close to the pictures provided on our website. 

8.0 Deliveries times will be generalized to morning and late-afternoons no later than 5pm 

9.0 It is your responsibility to insure addresses, times and names are clear and valid. If the recipient of the delivery has any inconvenience it is the senders responsability to advise us 4 hours before the expected deliver time

10.0 If it happens that the person isn’t at the delivered address, the delivery will be brought to the following day
